Course Sequence

The academic program at The Urban Assembly School for Emergency Management is designed to cultivate the ability to access and analyze information, to view the world through multiple perspectives, to make connections and see patterns across disciplines, and to imagine what could be possible.

UASEM requires four years of rigorous academics within Mathematics, Science, English, and Social studies to graduate. Students must also take two to three years of a language other than English (Spanish), with the option of a fourth year. During Freshman and Sophomore years, all students take foundational Health courses. To earn a New York State High School diploma, 44 credits are required.
